since this is my first trip to canada i'll be making the most of my off days during my trip by seeing the many sights of the city. while the games are going on, there are LOTS of free activities set up for tourists, and i'm looking forward to a few in particular.... the bell ice cube, vancouver art gallery, bombardier street, sochi house, the various pavillions and squares set up by host sponsors and vendors, winterfest, heineken house (mom, i may have a beer), canada line, and hopefully up to whistler for a day to catch the skiing or snowboarding up in the mountains!! here's a link to some of the events if you're interested...
